The Crisis Resilience Professionals® Pathway
The Crisis Resilience Professionals® Pathway supports new and seasoned professionals alike in making risk-based decisions that advance physical, cyber, and personnel security. Developed to support practitioners in becoming both technically proficient and psychologically prepared, ERG's expertise in Human Factors spans every area, helping attendees build cultures of security awareness and care that strengthen the security and resilience of organisations, whatever the sector. This matters because individuals, teams and organisations have to operate, and stay sharp, through the volatility of the modern geopolitical and commercial environment.
The Pathway brings together a suite of practitioner‑led courses that progressively develop capability across crisis leadership, protective security, preparedness and organisational resilience. Completion of Pathway courses contributes directly to continued professional recognition within the Crisis Resilience Professionals Guild, supporting individuals as they advance through the Guild’s membership levels and professional standards.
