The Crisis Resilience Professional Pathway supports new and seasoned professionals alike to make risk-based decisions that support physical, cyber and personnel security. Developed to support practitioners to become both technically proficient and psychologically prepared, ERG's expertise in Human Factors is considered across all areas, empowering attendees to foster cultures of security awareness and care
that enhances the security and resilience postures of organisations, regardless of sector. This development is critical to enable individuals, teams and organisations to safely navigate the dynamic geopolitical and commercial landscape of the modern world.
