Licensed Practitioner Programme: RDVM and Security by Effect
Practitioner Licensing | Emerging Risks Global

Why security should be judged by its effect, not by what has been installed
Security is too often judged by what has been installed rather than by what it achieves. Cameras, barriers and policies are counted, but the question that matters is whether they change the outcome when it counts.
ERG has developed two practitioner methods, RDVM and Security by Effect, that help organisations think clearly about risk and design security around its intended effect. ERG is now exploring a licensed practitioner programme so that trained professionals can apply these methods in their own organisations and with their own clients.
What the Programme Is Expected to Include
Structured training in RDVM and Security by Effect
Practitioner materials, templates and guidance
Assessment to confirm competence in applying the methods
Ongoing updates and a community of licensed practitioners
Who It Is For
The programme is intended for experienced security, risk and resilience professionals, consultancies and in-house teams who want a structured, repeatable approach.
Register Interest
The programme is at an early stage and ERG welcomes interest from practitioners and organisations who would like to help shape it. To register interest, contact information@emergingrisksglobal.com.
