CRPP for Teams: Flexible Routes Through the Level 1 to 8 Pathway
Professional Development | Emerging Risks Global

Why crisis resilience depends on capability across the whole team
Crisis resilience depends on people far more than on paperwork. The organisations that cope best are those where capability runs through the whole team, not just one specialist who happens to be on leave when the call comes.
The Crisis Resilience Professionals Pathway (CRPP) is the only complete Level 1 to 8 pathway for crisis and resilience professionals. ERG is ELCAS approved and holds SFJ accreditation. CRPP is now offered through flexible routes so that individuals and whole teams can learn in the way that suits them.
Learning Routes
Self-paced: learners study online at their own pace, fitting learning around work.
Cohort: learners progress together on a scheduled programme with facilitated sessions.
Employer packages: organisations enrol teams, align learning with their own priorities and track progress across the group.
Why Teams Choose a Pathway
A single pathway gives organisations a consistent framework for developing people from entry level through to strategic leadership. It supports succession planning, gives staff a clear route for progression and builds shared language across security, risk and resilience functions.
ELCAS
As an ELCAS approved provider, ERG can support eligible service leavers and veterans to use Enhanced Learning Credits towards CRPP study.
