CRPG Practitioner Toolkit: Standards-Aligned Templates
Crisis Resilience Professionals Guild | Emerging Risks Global

Why practitioners should spend their time on judgement, not on rebuilding documents
Practitioners spend a surprising amount of time rebuilding documents that already exist somewhere else: a risk register, a continuity plan, an exercise debrief form. Every rebuild is time not spent on the judgement that actually protects an organisation.
The Crisis Resilience Professionals Guild (CRPG) supports practitioners with practical resources. The CRPG Practitioner Toolkit is a growing library of ERG-branded templates for security, risk and resilience work.
What the Toolkit Includes
Business continuity and crisis management plan templates
Risk assessment and risk register templates
Security policy and procedure templates
Exercise planning and debrief templates
Checklists for reviews and audits
Standards Alignment
Templates are structured with reference to recognised international standards, including ISO 22301, ISO 22361 and ISO 31000, and are informed by published guidance from bodies such as BSI, ASIS, NPSA and NCSC. They are independent ERG resources and do not imply endorsement by any of these bodies.
How Practitioners Use It
Each template is designed to be adapted to the needs of the organisation using it, saving time and giving a sound structure to build on. New templates are added regularly.
