Objective: Generate a 4-hour baseline of heart rate variability (HRV) and skin temperature.

Description: Wear a linked wearable device while performing standard office tasks (typing, meetings, focused coding). The purpose is to stress-test the platform's ability to handle long-duration, high-frequency data streams without dropping packets or crashing the dashboard.

Deliverable: 4-hour Biometric Data Log.
