Biography
A Chartered Security Professional (CSyP), Registered Independent Security Consultant (RISC) and ASIS PSP certified, Angus advises on security and risk management issues. He has a wealth of experience in the protective security field, in particular the development and delivery of security programmes for clients in the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa and Middle East, working across the private/corporate sectors and the public/governmental.
Angus Darroch-Warren
A significant part of Angus’s career has been his involvement with academia, education and training. He has developed and delivered training programmes bespoke to client or regulatory requirements, delivering programmes in the United Kingdon, Europe, the Middle East, GCC, Asia the Caribbean and the USA.
Angus was Programme Leader for Linx International’s MSc in International Security & Risk Management, delivered in conjunction with the University of West London. He was also Co-Chair of the Trailblazer Group that developed the Level 4 Certificate for Protective Security Advisers, as offered by SFJ Awards, and launched in May 2025. Angus was one of the first 10 security professionals to become a Chartered Security Professional (CSyP) and was a member of the working group that developed the Register and its requirements.
